Sex & Nudity

- An implied sex scene.
- Sully says, "We should follow the hose" to which Drake responds by saying, "You always follow hose(it is spelt this way in the subtitles). Just like in Montreal, huh?" This is intended to be comedic.
- Someone says, "it's a shame you have to sit on something that pretty" to a woman.
- Chloe says, "Is that an ancient tibetan ritual dagger in your pocket?" and Nate responds by saying, "Maybe I'm just happy to see you."
- Innuendo here and there.
- A Conversation between Sully and nate goes like this. Sully: "I'm sweatin' like a hooker in church." Nate: "You brought a hooker to church?" Sully: "Why not?"
- A woman sits on top of a man in bed, both are clothed. She puts his hands on her behind and lays on him and they start kissing. The camera then pans across. No more is seen, but sex is implied.
Violence & Gore

- In hand-to-hand combat, there is a chance that Nathan Drake will smash his opponent's head against a wall with a visible blood spray (it doesn't stain the wall but it's still pretty shocking. This animation is pretty rare but it's arguably the most violent kill in the game that doesn't involve gun use.
- Players can shoot enemies with a variety of weapons, when the player does this, a little blood is shown from the enemy, but it doesn't mark your surroundings in any way (no visible bloodstains anywhere).
- There're stealth segments in the game where the player can perform 'special executions' on enemies. (Breaking their necks, elbowing their necks, etc, no blood or gore.)
- The hand to hand combat is intense, but not bloody. Blood is rarely, or never seen in melee combat.
- One of the main antagonists grabs one of his men and stabs him in the stomach. He then throws him into a pond.
- At the very beginning of the game, a weary and severely wounded man (the main character) has to climb up a train about to plummet off a cliff.
- A character gets shot in the stomach and there's a little blood. Might be upsetting to some.
- An injured character is shot in the head by another man, and is killed offscreen. His body is seen closeup though after.
- A man runs on a train from a helicopter. The helicopter shoots a lot of missiles and blows a lot of stuff up. Very intense.
- Two men fight on a train. One of them gets shot. None explicit.
- A man and another man find dead, frozen corpses in an ice cave. It's implied that they were all killed by the same man. Some close ups of bullet holes in their foreheads.
- Two men fight wild snow beasts. They're very scary looking, and might scare some people. A monster shakes one of the men around and attempts to kill him. It's distracted by another character and charges at him instead.
- A man is killed by wild beasts. Not very graphic but still scary. Later more men are killed but it's from a distance.
- Characters throughout the game are wounded and have a little blood on their clothes.

- "Bitch," "shit," "damn," and "hell", are used infrequently.

- Sully, a main character, is almost always seen with a cigar in his mouth.
- Drake's seen drinking beer at a beachside bar near the beginning of the game.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The Game And Story Is More Intense And A lot Darker Then The First One.
- The entire game is extremely intense, but usually not in a frightening manner.
- The monsters are scary looking and may scare some people.
- The game never has moments that make you terrified, but some parts are disturbing or may be frightening to some due to the content.
- Some deaths of minor characters could be upsetting for some. This's the most emotional game of the Uncharted series.
