Mary tries to cajole a reluctant marijuana grower (and user) to testify against his former partners who are being prosecuted for the murder of a DEA agent six months earlier -- or else he and his family will be dropped from the WITSEC program and he'll be prosecuted for the murder. In the meantime, in the continuing fallout from the investigation of Brandi's possible drug possession and Mary's kidnapping, Mary is shadowed by a psychologist who will determine whether Mary can be returned to full status with the Marshal's Office. Did You Know?

This episode features a fast food establishment called "Bob's Burgers". The dialogue implies that its a national (or at least regional) chain, when one person said "I didn't know New Mexico had Bob's Burgers." In reality, there really is a chain of fast food restaurants called "Bob's Burgers" and in fact, that shot was filmed at one of their locations (with the corporate logos and menu boards changed), however, its a purely local chain of restaurant, with all of their locations in Albuquerque, or the surrounding area. So, any other restaurant named "Bob's Burgers" outside of New Mexico is not the same chain as portrayed in the episode. See more »

The giant seal behind the judge in the court proceeding in Denver says "State of Colorado," and depicts the Colorado State Seal. The prosecution for the murder of the DEA agent, however, is in federal court, which would not use a state seal. On a separate note, because the agent's murder is depicted as having taken place in Humboldt County, California, whether it is prosecuted in state or federal court, it should have been in a California state or federal court, not in Denver. Mary Shannon: [Jerry has been admitted to the hospital] What the hell happened?
Marshall Mann: Well, according to the cropduster who happened to be flying by at the time, "The dang fool just tumbled ass-over-teakettle out of his cotton-picking, cherry-picker for no good reason." Which isn't a huge surprise, since Jerry reeked of pot when they brought him in.
Mary Shannon: I thought you were going to get rid of his stash.
Marshall Mann: [sarcastically] I did. However, in the limited time afforded me, I wasn't able to get rid of all the pot in Albuquerque.
