In the opening scene, Hank and Brent are talking about a band called Fast Exit doing a reunion tour in Western Canada, as written in the Howler newspaper. This was an actual Saskatchewan based garage band in which Brent played guitar many years before Corner Gas aired. The band only wrote and released one song called Capital Cash.

All Good Things Must Come To An End

IMHO this is my favorite sitcom to come out of Canada. All six seasons were strong. A real likeable cast, well written, well performed and directed.

Extra cool that the series was filmed in Saskatchewan.

Highly recommend watching the series.
