We head for the endgame. Jack is obviously going down but not without inflicting a world of damage. He kidnaps the former President and exacts information from him. Reed has the evidence to release but Madame Cowardice has put the FBI on her trail. The Russians are paying a huge price and Jack is a master at revenge. It's hour 23 and it's going to end completely.
