The wooden Madonna who cries!!

Unfortunately this series with eight chapters were rearranged in four here in Brazil, somehow by financial reasons, to sell it as feature film, what a shame, they should keep it as originally conceived, then this episode encompass two chapters Battlefield & Legacy, the main focus certainly the death of Tom the builder by William Hamleigh's raid at fleece fair, after that Alfred convinces Philip that him is enough skillful to carry on his father's job, such position gave to Alfred what's waiting for, to offer a fair proposal to marry Aliena involving money to her brother, meanwhile Jack and Aliena had love night, he went away to France, the Church got a bold new stone roof, sadly too heavy and collapse on opening party with a massive presence of people, the King and the Waleran, who end up in disgrace afterwards, Aliena has a Jack's child and was expelled from Alfred's house, she goes away toward to France, following Jack's steps, who is working at Saint Deny's newest cathedral, there he learning thru a book mathematical calculations to apply on construction engineering on stones, Aliena finds Jack, on the way back to England on French ground he meets his father's family, he sculpts a wooden Madonna and put on her eyes a sort of cry stone, takes it to Kingsbridge's forgotten church, a new miracle just come out!!

What an episode!

This show still surprises me! Well, there is a Jack's decision that I didn't comprehend but I guess it will be clear going forward.
