- A female is wearing a sports bra, an open jacket (only covering the back), and shorts, deliberately drops her bag on the ground. While a man is watching, she purposely bends over (her back facing towards him, showing off her buttocks) to seduce the man.
- A woman changes her red dress that a man can see through the reflection on a TV. We can see her wearing only high-rise panties (a lot of her butt is showing) and a bra.
Violence & Gore

- There's a brutal fight in an alley between Roadblock and Firefly, and Firefly brutally punches him repeatedly until he falls (he bleeds slightly from his mouth). Firefly prepares to shoot him but is then hit by a car.
- In the beginning of the film, many soldiers are killed during a night time raid.
- A man and woman shoot and hit several guards outside a building, taking them all down. The man falls down a staircase and shoots several other men. The last man holds a gun to their allies head, and she shoots their ally non-fatally, and the man shoots the last attacker, killing him.
- Many soldiers and ninjas are seen falling to their deaths throughout the movie.
- A ninja stabs downward, killing a person though the victim is completely offscreen.
- Most soldier deaths are fleeting or offscreen (rarely blood), while on lingering shots of screen victims usually receive knock out punches or kicks.
- A metal rod launched from space blows up England. You see all of London being destroyed by it.
- The Extended Cut has more added violence, it's mostly bloodless, but it still has a lot of people being stabbed and shot onscreen.
Profanity

- 1 incomplete mother fucker.
- a few uses of "hell" and "ass." 1 use of "damn".
- "Hell yeah" is part of their military type cheer.
- One man briefly shows his middle fingers to another man. It happens really fast, and he does it after showing all his fingers, so it can go unnoticed because it's quite subtle.

- A metal rod is fired from outer space into London causing widespread massive damage.
- Zartan disguised as the U.S. president uses a knife and cuts his face to show his true identity before going back into disguise. A ripple of nanites is shown.
- The U.S. President is taken hostage, tied to a chair, and we assume that he was tortured to gain the vital information Cobra needed.
- A man picks up a tool from a tray of torture devices (but does not use or brandish it).

- Dukes death is VERY sad and emotional and is also very sudden
