- When Infeld's niece Lily is arrested for drug possession during a visit to their house, Peter and Jared work to gain her freedom while keeping the news from her uncle. Meanwhile, a surprise visit from an ex-con boyfriend puts Carmen in danger of being jailed for a parole violation.—Anonymous
- We open with Franklin and Bash running into a new attractive woman in the office it turns out she is Lily, Infeld's niece he has intentionally kept away from the guys while she's been in town.
Carmen says she did "something stupid" last night and Pindar can't find his light sabers.
Franklin and Bash borrowed the light sabers and fought with them in court. They are given 72 hours of house arrest by the judge.
House arrest means partying at the compound and the guys are pleasantly surprised when Lily shows up to hang out. She seems interested in Bash and Franklin reminds him of what could happen if he gets involved.
We see Carmen with Dante, who appears to be an ex-boyfriend and the "something stupid" from the night before. They are both on parole but against her better judgment she sleeps with him again.
Two K-9 cops show up after Franklin took the trash out to the street, violating the perimeter of the arrest. Their dog smells something.
Lily is flirting with Bash but he's resisting. The police find a huge bag of weed in Lily's bag.
Back in Carmen's room Dante sees the cop car and takes off.
An angry Karp finally returns the guys' messages to say he's on his way to Lily's arraignment. Bash tosses in a request for him to ask for a continuance in their insurance case. Marla, a temp, shows up to help the guys work at home. Carmen admits to being with Dante, which upsets everybody. She says the quality of the sex is so good she craves it.
The court takes possession of Lily's passport. She says she want to stay with Franklin and Bash.
Carmen finds a bag in her room and makes a face. Lily tells the guys and Karp that her plan was to smuggle the stronger American pot home to London for a friend going through chemo. Franklin and Bash disagree with Karp's plan for her defense. Infeld (who still doesn't know what happened to Lily) calls the guys. He says he's being brought an intellectual property case involving video games and wants a tutorial from the guys. He can't wait until they're back in the office and says he's coming over. Carmen walks in and dumps a pile of cash Dante left in a bag in her room.
The bag contained $100,000 and given Dante's background of assault Bash isn't sure turning the money into the authorities is smart. Infeld shows up, still under the impression Lily is in Europe. Bash sneaks away to another room with Lily, who immediately talks about "danger sex." They start to go at it.
Carmen is sad Dante hasn't returned like he promised.
The cops return wanting to talk to Carmen about calls she's made to Dante. They also suspect she may be hiding money he's stolen in Arizona. Karp arrives and sees that Lily was fooling around with Bash. They try to turn over the money but find that it's missing. They still take Carmen in for the parole violation.
Infeld has heard Lily wasn't on her flight. Karp tells him she's at his place and he'll put her on the next flight.
Janie shows up looking for Lily. He admits to sleeping with Lily and she seems a tad on the jealous side.
It turns out Marla moved the paint cans containing the cash to her house. The guys are relieved. Dante shows up looking for Carmen and tells them he's changed. He pulls a gun when the guys tell him his bag isn't there. They tell him they'll take him to where the money is.
Since the guys are wearing ankle bracelets the cops eventually start to follow them. With the sirens in the background they talk Dante into letting them help him.
The guys get an additional two days of house arrest and Pindar tell them that nobody at the firm is available to handle Carmen's case. The only one left Pindar, who begins panicking at the suggestion. Karp tells the guys that weed lozenges were found in the lining of her bag, increasing her charge.
A shockingly confident and relaxed Pindar puts Carmen on the stand and has her talk about the physical need she had for Dante.
Pindar gives the guys an update from the courtroom, telling them that he ate what he believed to be pot muffins before leaving. Inexplicably Franklin tells him he threw out the pot muffins and what he at were normal muffins. Pindar begins to panic.
Pindar tries to get a continuance but is denied by the judge. A sex expert testifies to what happens during the act of sex.
The offer of three years probation and 1,000 hours of pro bona work under Bash's supervision is offered by Karp for Lily. The judge is okay with it, but Janie suggests she not be allowed to return to the U.S. for ten years. Infeld walks into the courtroom to personally take Lily to the airport. He's happy with Karp's work.
Dante enters the courtroom. The deal is that if Dante turns himself in Carmen will be let go. The money mysteriously is located in a briefcase near the prosecutor's desk. Dante says he wants them to get back together after he gets out. She kisses him.
