The number of bullets vs their effectiveness seems to vary from scene to scene. Some protagonists can be stopped by a relatively low number of rounds; others require dozens or hundreds of impacts, including those from high caliber rounds which should create extensive tissue trauma. However it is commonly known that zombies don't die from gunshot wounds. They die by wrecking the brain. And then earlier in the series it became clear already even that doesn't always work. My name is Alice. I worked for the Umbrella Corporation, the largest and most powerful commercial entity in the world. I was head of security at a secret high-tech facility called the Hive, a giant underground laboratory developing experimental, viral weaponry. There was an incident. A virus escaped. Very disappointed in this movie and it's director...
I was very excited to see this movie as I have been a fan since the first. To say the least I was let down by this movie. It had no suspense or drama and was all shoot outs and fights. I understand that this is considered a sort of action movie and guns and fights are what those make up...however this movie had no "meat" to it. It was completely visual. I never felt the danger...I was never even close to the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next...it was very predictable. During the second half of the movie people in the theater were laughing at the action scenes and how ridiculously stupid they were. I left the theater very disappointed with a critical opinion of the movies director. If you still want to see it I recommend waiting for it on DVD so you don't waste the price of a theater ticket...
