  • A telepathic woman forces a man to kill himself with a motorized surgical saw. He puts the saw to his temple right above his eye and cuts until he finally dies. We see it happening from somewhat far away, but it is still quite bloody. This is arguably one of the most disturbing deaths in the film.
  • A man hallucinates that he is burning to death in a fire. We see his face with burns on it and blood pours from his head and sizzles in the tunnel. The scene ends when the man shoots himself in the head. We see blood and brain matter. This scene is also fairly disturbing.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The entire movie takes place in an underground test facility. There are many narrow corridors and tunnels and the film has a very cramped and claustrophobic atmosphere to it. The film is also fairly suspenseful.
  • The film includes test subjects that use telepathy to make others hallucinate things happening to them. The hallucinations are fairly scary.
