MPAA Rated PG for sequences of sci-fi action violence and peril, thematic elements, and language

Sex & Nudity

  • None. No nudity, no sexual references.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman is briefly depicted with a nosebleed.
  • Please notice this film was very close to a PG-13 due to the intense violence against robots.
  • Several human-like androids are decapitated and disabled violently.
  • An incinerated, yet lifelike decapitated human android head is shown. This is because of an explosion and comic book shop staff are frozen in time briefly before their gunshots toward the main protagonist explode the shop loudly.
  • Several humans are killed by ray guns that cause them to disintegrate --- about three or four of them, at the one sequence, and another three or four at a sci-fi store.
  • A prolonged beating of male android with a baseball bat --- his head is beaten in and it is a large dent in the side before Clooney's character watches the main character smash the android.
  • A little android girl is hit by a speeding car --- she gets back up and is alright.

  • 3 uses of "damn", 7 "hell", 5 "God", 2 incomplete uses of "son of a...", one each use of "piss off", "bloody" and "bollocks".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Casey's father inquires as to whether she's on drugs when she explains the mysterious powers of the Tomorrowland pin.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Apocalyptic imagery of worldwide destruction.
