Director Mike Olafson has this genre down. He spiked an already camp genre rip-off artist such as Quentin Tarantino, yet made it infinitely cooler. The problem with Tarantino is that he rips off too many genres, and the broth gets spoiled, here, the filmmaker focuses on drifter murder movies to the delightful imagery per Russ Meyer. This flick is also well-conceived. If you pay attention to the details, you get a really nice payoff. Though there are some random technical issues, most seem to be forgiven due to a buoyant soundtrack and committed actors. Though not Shakespeare in any sense, the point is an exercise in the genre and it's effective. A fun short to watch and that's all you can ask.
