- The middle segment is based off of Stanley Kubrick's film, "A Clockwork Orange" (original cut rated X, censored rated R, but even though the uncut edition today might say R, the MPAA never changed it from X to R), which is a film about rapists. There is sexual violence in the middle segment. Lots of it towards the end. It is censored, though.

- Bart tricks Skinner into saying penis in the first segment, "School is Hell." Bart laughs when Skinner mentions the penal (punishment) system. Skinner then remarks that he said penal, not penile. Bart laughs more, which causes Skinner to say, "It's not like you made me say penis," and Bart laughs hysterically. Played for laughs.
