Walter states that his IQ is higher than that of Einstein. However, Albert Einstein never took an IQ test and so we have no way of knowing what his score would have been.
When an airplane is on an instrument flight plan (i.e., a flight plan in which the plane flies on the filed route, unless instructed otherwise, and in which the plane may go through clouds), as would be the case for all airliners, there are procedures to follow in the event of a loss of radio contact. A pilot would follow the flight plan and come in for a landing. The control tower would then use a spotlight with color filters to clear the plane to land or instruct it to go around. All pilots are required to know the light signals as well as what should be done in the event of a loss of radio contact. The only problem would be with a very busy airport, like LAX, in the event it was socked in with clouds, with several planes trying to land at the same time. There could then be some mid-air collisions, but in this storyline, the weather was good.
When Walter drives a Ferrari 458, firstly on both spider and coupe series the roof does not come off, however Paige is able to remove it while the car is moving (if it was removable, why wasn't it taken off before), secondly there is no Ferrari 458 with a manual gearbox, even though Walter changes gear by pressing the clutch, and all 458 have a digital rev counter, the one that shows is analog.
The credits list Walter's sister as Peg instead of Megan.
When the airliner plugs the Ethernet lead into the Ferrari. The Airliner would easily land on the runway and plug in while stationary. The airfield has similar sized aeroplanes on the ground so the runway must easily be long enough to land the air liner.
The power is knocked out briefly to the storage backup servers. This does not make sense as once inside all the servers are on. Also the electric roller doors would not default to open after a power cut.
The pilot says he can not descend to the co-pilot yet later the plane buzzes the control tower.
When Walter tells the air traffic controller, Brooks, to look at the camera at his 10, the air traffic controller looks to his over his right shoulder which is opposite if that direction. 10 clock is between his left and straight ahead.
Walter states that they have a combined IQ of nearly 700 their combined IQ is actually over 700 Walter 197 Sylvester 184 Toby 170 Happy not stated but higher than Toby.
