- You see the main character shoot off screen, and you hear a brief yelp. Nothing is seen, but you know that he's shot his dog.
- There are some pretty intense torture scenes.
- There is a scene showing a man nail gunned to a wall by the wrists and genitals, after which his head is drilled into although this doesn't kill him. Two men are then shot and killed, one through a door with nothing being shown and the other being shot with blood splattering from the back of the head; the initial victim is shot as well.
- A scene showing a restrained man who is being cut around his nipples.
- A man gets shot multiple times from several angles by a sniper and three people at close range with blood spraying. He attempts to fight back while he is shot but collapses onto a chair and is shot directly in the head with a pistol with lots of blood splattering.
- A sequence features several stoners being shot and killed. Blood splatters from the head wounds but this is quick.

Sex & Nudity
- After the death of Michael during the intercourse Hilde (Ren) looks at his covered erect penis and remarks "not that old" whilst slapping the rear of Sindy in a sexual manner whilst both gazing at the "bulge"
- An extremely aggressive sex scene occurs between Sindy and Duncan, there's no real cutting of the scene so the "flow" of positions and movements is unbroken for a prolonged period. During this a male rear and the vast majority of Sindy's body is on show. Later her breasts are pressed against a window and she then mutters "its blow time" before being abruptly ended for narrative effect. Throughout there's various moans and screams in an "adult film" style
- Sindy is at various points used as bait for her looks, see for example the trap for Duncan where she suggestively leans over a car looking into the engine or a point where she's essentially raped when the hit squad are raiding houses
Violence & Gore
- A character is decapitated with a battle axe offscreen and the severed head is seen being thrown out of a window.
- An accountant is beaten during an interrogation. He has blood all over his face and a gouged eye. He gives up his information, but is then shot in the head and killed.
- The main character has violent, gory flashbacks in a series of repeated nightmares. He stabs a man directly in the eye with a skewer and shoots him in the head before shooting two more men, shoots a man in the chest and then in the head, strangles a man, pushes a head down on a fork which impales the mouth, and hits a man in the head with a hammer.
- Multiple antagonists are killed by Duncan while he is naked. He throws an axe at a naked woman which lodges in her forehead and sneaks up on a man before shooting him in the head with mild blood. A man is then shot in both legs, the back and the back of the head with some blood splatter being shown before Duncan takes his sniper rifle and shoots the final woman.
- During Duncan's escape he kills over 30 people by shooting them with either mild blood or over-the-top blood splatter shown. He also jams the cartridge of a gun into a man's eye socket and tears out a man's throat.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is an extended torture scene near the end that is very intense. It is shown to last a few days and is very hard to watch.
