Quotes

Jacob Nighthorse: You know, I'm not doin' a damn thing for you my man - not until you give me somethin'.
Sheriff Walt Longmire: What's that?
Jacob Nighthorse: An apology.
Sheriff Walt Longmire: You're kidding.
Jacob Nighthorse: So do I call Malikah and have you escorted out of here?
Sheriff Walt Longmire: I am sorry that my deeply held belief that you are a dishonorable, untrustworthy person led me to falsely accuse you of killing Branch Connally... Now will you help me?
Jacob Nighthorse: Let's go to my office. For the record Walt, that was the *worst* apology I've ever received.
Sheriff Walt Longmire: It was honest.

A Busload of Trouble
23 December 2018 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

The Casino is open and things are starting to deteriorate in the small town. Tour buses are showing up and lots of people are willing to spend their money. Walt has to apologize to Nighthorse for falsely accusing him of murder. About this time, the body of a young woman is found on the road in a black duffle bag. With all the new people in town, it's hard to hone in on what happened. At the beginning, after the killing of Barlow, Walt goes into a black period of drunkenness and pain. When he emerges, he finds that changes have taken place at the station, including a young guy who has been making decisions and carrying out law enforcement. Henry continues the work of Hector, assisting a woman who has been beaten by her husband repeatedly.
