- A man and woman are shown having sex during a honeymoon montage. We see them on the bed with a shot of the man's back and the woman's legs around him while he thrusts. The scene is brief.
- A man and woman have sex on the bed. He blindfolds her and ties her hands to her legs. The man repeatedly thrusts into her hard. We see her breasts. They both moan.
- A woman climbs onto the man's lap on the passenger seat. She adjusts her underwear and unzips his pants. She rides him fast until she climaxes. No nudity is shown.
- A woman's breasts are seen through her wet top. A man kisses her nipple.

- 5 long, graphic sex scenes that show everything other than complete full-frontal nudity (i.e., bare breasts, lots of close-ups of nipples, shots of buttocks, and also occasional glimpses of pubic hair). These explicit scenes portray consensual light bondage and submission/domination scenarios, as well as oral sex and the use of various sex/novelty toys/aides. Definitely more sex scenes this time than in the first movie; possibly more than in the last one, too.

- Similar violence levels as in the last movie. There's gun and knife violence: An intruder holds Anastasia at knife point, and a man kidnaps a woman and holds her hostage, bound and gagged. A man forcefully slaps and kicks a woman to the point of unconsciousness. A character shoots another. Bodyguards point their guns at an attacker and apprehend him.
- Strong violence includes lightly depicted sadomasochism, man grabs woman and holds knife at her throat before her two security people subdue him, man shot in leg, and man slaps woman, knocks her to the ground, kicks her, and threatens to kill her.
Profanity

- Contains occasional strong language, with utterances of "fuck" from time to time.
- The soundtrack to this movie contains profane language which can be heard in some of the scenes.
