Richie as repulsive as ever.

Taxi for Linda is of the usual high quality that the Moving On series entails. John Thomson is such an engaging presence in anything in which he appears. Julie Hesmondhalgh shows what a terrific actress she is by eliminating any trace of Hayley from Coronation Street which she played for many years. Shane Richie (an actor I just cannot stand ) is well cast as the superficially charming Terry and manages to be as repulsive as he always is. The relationship between John Thomson and Julie is well performed and totally believable. One hopes throughout that they will get together romantically.
