I kept seeing the previews for this show. It looked like it would be funny. It was.
I am really looking forward to watching many more episodes of this show. I am hoping that the writers can keep up with writing funny scripts. Comedy shows can be really hard to write. There are many that started off really great but soon fizzled out. I am hoping that this one does not fizzle.
I think that Jane Lynch is perfect. Whoever decided to cast her in this role was genius. She is able to convey not only comedy but also caring. You can see that there is a lot to this character. I am looking forward to seeing the entire range of who this "angel" is. The writers have a gold mine here if they do it right. You can clearly see the talent that Jane Lynch has.
Maggie Lawson is also well cast in her role. I think it is a very good pairing. I am looking forward to learning more about her character and seeing just how the help from her "guardian angel" pans out.
