The Bachelor and Dancing With the Stars continue to get bigger.
ABC has ordered new spinoffs for the 2017-18 television season from its two most popular reality franchises, the network announced Tuesday ahead of its Upfront presentation in New York City.
Going up against the Winter Olympics, ABC will debut The Bachelor Winter Games in February 2018, which will follow Bachelor and Bachelorette favorites (“from arch rivals to villains”) as they compete in winter-themed athletic challenges -- all while living together at a “luxurious” winter resort.

Of course, it being a Bachelor spinoff and all, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Bachelor and Bachelorette alums going head-to-head in the name of love!
Not to be outdone, Dancing With the Stars will bring a kid version of the celebrity dance competition, titled Dancing With the Stars Junior, scheduled for a spring 2018 launch.

The Bachelor holds a very special place in Allison Williams' heart. And it's not just because this show is addicting as hell (all the drama, tears, entertainment...what else could you ask for in a show?!). The actress was a special guest tonight during Chris Harrison's Bachelor Live after show, and revealed that she not only met hubby Ricky Van Veen at a Bachelor viewing party, but he also proposed during a viewing party of the hit ABC show, too! "I would not be married to my husband if it weren't for this show. We went to a weekly viewing party every week, and it was like a big group date, but with both genders equally distributed...it was how we met up," Williams began, which drew Harrison...

It's hard to believe that The Bachelor has been around for 20 cycles. The ratings have come way down over the years and few of the show's couples have stayed together but this reality show keeps coming back nonetheless. And now, ABC has added an after-show called Bachelor Live. Could this be too much? Will The Bachelor be renewed for a 21st season or will it finally be cancelled? Stay tuned.
This time around, Ben Higgins from Denver, an account manager for a software company, is the one looking for love among 28 ladies. Chris Harrison returns as the host.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show's likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available -- typically around 11:30am...

Kris Jenner has been out of the dating game so long, the term "single" confounds her. Kris was on "Bachelor Live" Monday night with Chris Harrison and Chris Soules and she talked about being single with 4 kids back in the day. Harrison asked her if she's single now, and she said "yes." [[tmz:video id="0_axpj3nlb"]] But our Jenner sources say she's still solid with Corey Gamble. In fact, the 2 were out together Monday night at Craig's in WeHo.
