A Prehistoric movie with issues Warning: Spoilers
Now, compared with other Syfy channel movies, this movie, "B.C." is not bad, along with "Beyond Loch Ness (2008)" and "Rage of the Yeti (2011)" but, this movie still has some issues. So, let's talk about another Syfy film full of unfroze mammoths, explosions, machine guns, and intense chase scenes. The problems with this movie are the connections between the characters is weak. They are just three guys chasing a huge prehistoric elephant around trying to kill it. However, the entertainment value in this movie is much better than the others. The special effects are quite realistic, and easy to understand. The storyline is better than some other Syfy channel movies, but it's still a little weak. The acting was OK, but not super good at least you could tell they were acting. There is a film similar to this one, which is "Mammoth (2006)" but I won't even go there. I have heard rumors that this movie doesn't exist, but for those who don't and read this, It does exist, I've seen it. So, to wrap things up, let's say this movie is just another Syfy flick.

Another Bad Syfy movie
jurassicbcprehistoric15 April 2016
Warning: Spoilers
Once again, The Syfy channel has ruined a really good idea with cheap acting, thin dialogue, and poor connection between the characters. The special effects and animation were as good as Syfy gets, so there's really no complaining about that. So, let me cover the basics. I bought this movie on DVD sometime in 2014, no need to be precise. While watching it, I was basically watching three guys chasing a mad, prehistoric elephant that had thawed from being in ice at the Museum of Natural History in a small Colorado town. Not much more. Sure, the movie had one more conflict, which I think is important. The problem with all the other Syfy movies is, they have no sub-plot, or other conflicts. That is one plus with this movie. So, if you keep coming back to this movie's IMDb page, dreaming about the day you'll get to see it, let me warn you that it's not as good as you probably expect

Not a movie worth watching

Warning: Spoilers
Now, I have seen some pretty bad stuff on the Syfy channel. Stuff that I give a 1 star rating, and I will admit that "B.C." is better than those movies. However, it still has it's problems. When I first bought this movie on DVD from Amazon, my hopes weren't very high. I knew this was a Syfy channel movie and I had to approach it with caution. At least it wasn't so bad that I had to turn it off before finishing it, like I had to with "Giant Octopus vs. Mega Shark". The problems with this movie is mainly the connection between the characters, it's very weak. Unlike most Syfy channel movies, the plot actually wasn't too bad. The special effects were, as you can guess, good enough to enjoy. I will admit, comparing this movie with the 2006 movie "Mammoth", this one was much better. No one knows why this movie is no longer on Amazon, but it's not Syfy's best for sure.
