Profanity

  • 4-5 uses of 'Bitch', several uses of mild swears like 'shit' and 'damn', but overall, swearing isn't prominent and rare.
  • Seasons 1 - 3: Extremely mild compared to most other programs on Netflix. Season 4: The language becomes harsher at the end of season 4, with multiple f-words. Season 5: A considerable change in tone, with the full TV-MA assortment of profanity and constant stream of f-words. One character has a particularly foul mouth. (The writer's choice of language adds nothing to the plot or development of characters.)
