Friedrich wishes nervous Natascha to break a leg. She tries to make Michael to come with her to the tailor but he doesn't understand what she means; Werner accompanies her. A flat tire: will they be back in time for her show today? Charlotte discovers smoke coming out of the romantic cottage and she saves Norman. Norman blames Anni and she finally confesses him she can't read nor write. He reacts understandable. Anni tells it the Sonnbichlers. Alfons compliments Norman with his wise reaction. Norman blames Anni's mother for that bad education but Anni seems not to agree with that. Nils brings Charlotte a plant as Norman's acknowledgment. They agree to have a look together at the application forms of three candidates for the yoga job. They differ in opinion about the candidates; as co-owner of the hotel Charlotte decides to try the candidate she picks. Werner and Natascha are back in time.
