Storyline

Prior to Trixie's much-anticipated arrival, yet another major change is made to Nonnatus House by Sister Usurla. But it seems as though these decisions are fueled by her past experiences with maternity and nursing establishments. When a newborn's life is put in danger in the name of efficiency, she has a lot to reflect upon. Meanwhile, the maternity home is at risk of being shut down to make way for hospital development. The inspection is interrupted by two devastating incidents. Written by @AnaDarling

Excellent as usual

Excellent episode as usual.

To the reviewer who claims the casting was wrong because Lucy 'is white'. Lucy is played by Alice Connor, granddaughter of Carry On actor Kenneth Connor. She also is the granddaughter of a beautiful Chinese lady. Don't judge people by their appearance, you shallow person.
