Jon tries to stop Grey Worm from executing people; Davos tells him they need to go see the queen. By the time Jon gets to Daenerys, Grey Worm is already there.
In the Book of Brothers, Arthur Dayne's entry is significantly different than his entry as shown in Two Swords (2014). For instance, he is mentioned as a member of House Gaunt rather than House Dayne.
According to Arthur Dayne's entry in the Book of Brothers, Jaime was 15 years old when he was knighted; according to Jaime's entry, he was 16 years old at that time.
The two versions of Jaime's entry, as seen in Two Swords (2014) and in this episode, are conspicuously different by several aspects: the length of lines, the separation to paragraphs, and the most obvious difference - the sentence "Thereafter known as the Kingslayer" is written in different handwritings.
The bodies of Jaime and Cersei are intact, although a building collapsed on top of them.
The first two paragraphs of Jaime's entry in the Book of Brothers are written in the same handwriting, and this is impossible: the part about Jaime's squireship, knighthood and service at the Kingsguard was presumably written by Gerold Hightower, who was the Lord Commander then. He could not have possibly written, however, the following lines about the Sack of King's Landing and killing Aerys, because at that time he was at the Tower of Joy, and definitely could not have written the part about the pardon Robert granted Jaime - because he was already dead. That part was presumably written by his successor Barristan Selmy, hence it should have been a different handwriting.
In the Book of Brothers, Brynden Rivers is mentioned as king Aegon V Targaryen's uncle, while he was his great-uncle.
When Brienne is writing about Jaime in the White Book, a paragraph mentions that Jaime took Riverrun "without loss of life." Actually, Brynden "Blackfish" Tully died (off-screen) when Riverrun was taken (No One (2016)).
In the Book of Brothers, Arlan of Pennytree is referred to as "Arthur of Pennytree" in Duncan the Tall's entry.
After entering Jaime's information in the Book of Brothers, Brienne literally slams the book shut, rather than waiting for the ink to dry.
In the Book of Brothers, Maelys Blackfyre's first name is misspelled as "Madys" in Barristan Selmy's entry.
In the Book of Brothers, Robert Baratheon's last name is misspelled as "Bara" in Arthur Dayne's entry.
During Bran's coronation, a plastic bottle can faintly be seen behind Sam's left foot. Another bottle is behind Davos's foot.
Davos tells Grey Worm to take some land in the Reach and "start his own House" with the other Unsullied as bannermen. Having been forcibly castrated, Grey Worm is unable to procreate and therefore to start his own House and family legacy; the same goes for all the Unsullied.
