Making Evil Ed
You Keep 'em Heads Rollin. . . (2017)
*** 1/2 (out of 4)
This forty-six minute documentary takes a look at the making of EVIL ED. The documentary features interviews with the director, editor, various other production members as well as some cast members. If you're a fan of EVIL ED then you'll certainly enjoy this documentary. I must admit that I didn't really care for the film but I was still entertained by this documentary, which features interviews with the like of Anders Jacobsson, Kaj Steveman, Johan Rudebeck, Cecilia Ljung and Goran Lundstrom among others.
This is broken up into five different parts but I found the last two to be the most entertaining. These here cover the post-production and the various nightmares that happened when it came time to edit the picture. We hear about the various issues that came up during the editing and how it took nearly two years to complete. The final segment takes a look at the distribution and the rather amazing success that the film had. Again, there's a lot of great bits of information here that fans are going to love. This is well worth watching.
