This show is still not "good", let's not get ahead of ourselves, but this is the second straight episode that was actually enjoyable. They manage to get the best out of all the characters and give us two good versions of Kate: the obsessive Diana Vickers fan and the obnoxious anti-landlord one.
This was funny though. Keep it up Josh because eventually you might make up for the first two dismal series.
