Metal is something that conducts lightning, so Levi's lightning blast to Drillion should've flown over to the other Rangers that were holding him in place with metal chains.
Madam Odius reports scans showing Viera's Lion Ship crashed in the woods, but the Lion Ship is shown crashed on a grassy mountainside fairly devoid of trees.
Brody, Calvin and Levi strike a defensive stance when Princess Viera materializes in the Ranger base, only relaxing after she tells them of her crash-landing. This may seem odd, considering that she just helped them in the previous episode, but her appearance came about suddenly and through a trick (usually the earmark of villainy). Hers is not a face anyone ever expected inside the Ranger base; an immediate defensive posture until proven they're not under threat is a correct reaction.
When morphing, one of Sarah's morpher blades sticks out.
Shown briefly, it's apparent that Victor's hole is a black fabric cut-out, with shadows and a few lumps showing over what should be open air. (Wood shown splintering, CGI in the straight-on shot, doesn't appear anywhere onstage in the overhead shot.)
Victor and Monty get out of jail relatively quickly without an explanation.
Viera's ship flies back home without its anti-gravity crystal. Having been transformed into a Zord must have repaired it generally, but a working crystal is what enabled it to space travel.
Upon hearing of Buzz-cams in the Western Woods, Princess Viera immediately recognizes that as where her spaceship crashed? "Western Woods" is an Earth designation for a mountain slope area. It would be impossible for a visitor from outer space, new to Earth, to recognize any area by name, especially when this particular name doesn't match the visible features of its area.
