I am so proud that my family and I live in a time where T.V stories like "Black-ish" are being told. For so many years, African Americans have had no choice but to watch the experiences of white Americans on Prime Time TV -- which has no regard or concern for the racial issues that people of color face. This show is raw & real - real in the sense that African Americans don't have the luxury of not forgetting they are black while living in America (or D.W.B for that matter, etc). Thank you Black-ish for having the courage to do what so many Comedy shows (i.e. Will & Grace) are afraid to do-- integrate experiences of black people on Prime time Television, instead of forcing us to segregate and pay for in on cable T.V.(BET). I love this show! I encourage all my melanin-absent readers to stay tuned in to this show... cause you may learn a thing or two... even about yourself!
