Featured review
Based upon its release date of Nov. 14, 2014 . . .
. . . it's easy to deduce that the 2 minute, 16.54-second animated short P-U-D-S-E-Y FIRES TOM AND JERRY was one of the segments of this BBC Children in Need fund-raising effort. Crammed into these two minutes are typical T & J bits involving slipping on a banana peel, spilling coffee on important paperwork, getting pied in the face, as well as visiting the Queen Victoria pub, and getting booted out by a bouncer. The Brit "bear of few words" is NOT animated, but simply appears as an image on the outside of a white coin-collecting bucket, into which every London resident feels compelled to deposit their gold coins. This cartoon is preceded by a 15-second introduction by a pair of BBC types--a guy and a gal--and is easy to view on the internet if you possess minimal search skills.
