Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • 1/5
  • Lots of yelling, screaming, insult hurling, and tears. Things are thrown, and sometimes broken. Live and dead rodents visible, and sometimes cause big reactions.
  • Lots of rude comments and bleeped cursing with mouths blurred. Profanity is one of the chef's trademarks.

Profanity

  • 3/5
  • As with any Gordon Ramsay Reality l-TV Show on FOX TV, all severe cursing (F*ck, s*it, bulls*it, motherf*cker) is censored while words like dick, bitch, damn, hell, piss, crap, God, Jesus Christ, stupid, and idiot are uncensored.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • 2/5
  • Alcohol (wine, hard liquor, champagne) frequently consumed. Cigarette smoking sometimes visible.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • 3/5
  • Chef Ramsay's foulmouthed and patented tough love (berating, confronting and demoralizing others with blunt, harsh criticism. He's not wrong but comes off as blunt, harsh and rude) can be emotionally upsetting. The emotional thematic content is strong in this series.
  • As is the case with most of Ramsay's shows, there's lots of yelling, screaming, and bleeped cursing (the F-word and s*it, mouths blurred). Drinking (wine, hard liquor, cocktails) is frequently visible, and occasionally people can be seen smoking cigarettes.
