The entire resolution of the case is based on finding the laptop by using the remote diagnostic feature on it and to get an IP address and thus the location. Oh Dear.

Unfortunately, the biggest problem with this show at the moment is one of it's main characters and that is never good. The viewer should be rooting for Elizabeth, but she has become so damn annoying (nearly as much so as her 'sister') that it's virtually impossible. The show is still watchable, but I find myself hoping she is in each episode as little as possible. The writers and runners need to take a long hard look at themselves.
