Trivia

Anakin's fake surrender to the tactical droid is reminiscent of Luke's plan in Return of the Jedi with the musical cues and R2's involvement in both of the scenarios. The scene can also be a reference to the scene in The Last Jedi where Luke, just by himself, is confronting a large First Order army, in order to gain time for the Resistance to escape. In this case, Anakin is confronting alone a large separatist army in order to gain time for the Republic (or the 501st) to make an attack. See more »

Clone Wars at its best

This makes up for the previous arc completely. The animation, dialogue and plot is at its finest. Very excited for the rest of the arc going forward.
