- The episode opens with criminal enforcer Titan taking on a rival gang. He rams into their building and they open fire on him. A bigger gangster fires a cannon at him which deflects off him and hits another gangster, which disembowels him. Titan then picks up a pistol and throws it at the big gangsters, which dissects the top of his head, revealing his brain. Titan than kills the remaining gangsters and then their boss by snapping his neck.
- Invincible and Titan battle Machine Heads enforcers and they are overpowered before Invincible gains the upper hand and brutally beats them before being taken down by Battle Beast.
- The Guardians of the Globe join the battle but are easily defeated. Battle Beast then picks up his mace and slams it on to Invincible's chest, tearing his stomach open and causing a lot of blood to spray out. Very bloody and brutal.
- Black Samson charges at Battle Beast and tries to punch him but has his hand snapped from his wrist, with blood and bone seen and crunching heard and is then slammed against the wall. Monster Girl then attacks Battle Beast but is overpowered and he smashes two rocks against her face, off screen but a ton of blood splashes onto his face. She is then shown with half her face gone and bloodied. Very graphic, brutal and disturbing.
