The Flash (2014)
Yet another great series ruined by bad screenwriting
We see a common theme with these DC TV shows, that being none of them can stand the test of time, The Flash season had an amazing plot, very likable characters, and great character development, but the best part about season one was easily its villain, Harrison Wells, or better known as Reverse Flash, the second season of The Flash was also great but this time it seemed to have more of a focus on the main protagonists instead of the villain and it really took its time to develop the characters further, we slowly but surely got to see Barry's powers become better and better, not only that but the show finally took a risk in killing off one of the shows main characters, Barry's father Henry, but then comes along season 3, it had a great idea but poor execution, they decided to for some reason bring back Henry Allen and added a new villain, Savitar, who was intriguing but was also bland and wasn't unique whatsoever, and they were way to afraid to take risks in this season, they added so much plot armor it was actually ridiculous, Iris West was supposed to die but she didn't because the show writers were too afraid, not to mention she is the dullest character in the entire show and her entire character arc revolves around her and Barry's awful relationship.
