Walker (2021)
Just Not Good
Pilot episodes are always kind of clunky, but this takes the cake. There was no real flow to this at all and no part of the story made me want to even try to care about these characters. Also, the wildly aggressive musical score alone is enough to keep me from watching again as it frequently overwhelmed the dialog. Definitely not for me.

Super funny, sarcastic, makes fun of EVERYBODY mockumentary. Exactly what we needed during the last days of this dumpster fire of a year. 2 thumbs up!

3 stars for playing Sweet Caroline around 80 minutes in. At least that broke up the monotony of the time I wasted pointlessly waiting for something interesting to happen. Do not recommend.

The host and guests constant commentary with each other makes what could have been a funny home video program very difficult to enjoy. Not for me.

Vince Vaughn Totally Mic Dropped This Thing
This was a fun watch. Vince Vaughn nailed the teen girl behavior and was hilarious....conversely, he also nailed the crazy killer vibe. Kathryn Newton was great as a serial killer trying to be a teen girl. This was well casted, and like I said....just a fun watch. Thumbs up!
Selena: The Series (2020)
Just watch the movie instead...
This series moves so slowly, it lulled me to sleep. I couldn't get past the 2nd episode. Performances are very unemotional and flat....the opposite of the actual Selena. The casting is simply not good. Just watch the 1997 movie and call it a day.

I never thought I'd doze off during this program, then season 5 comes meandering on in and puts me right to sleep.

That Was Some Hella Socially Distanced Penultimate Awesome
At first....I was all...Oh My Chuck this whole thing is 6 feet apart. And if I am being honest...I am one of the 3 fans who did not love the last ep so my hopes were not all that high. PS Get over it fandom.
All said and done....this ep was pretty awesome. It was weird not seeing hugs and closeness but it was written in a way that made sense and the wrap up took care of all that boy melodrama I needed to see.
Chuck got what he deserved. It was obvious some covid required work arounds happened with Lucifer and Michael...frankly all of it.
Still...All in all....well done.

This Program is Losing its Luster
I'm giving this show a couple more episodes. If this Season 5 mediocrity with wealthy, entitled characters whining about literally everything continues, I'm out. This once fresh, exciting, emotional program, is becomimg almost a burden to watch.
Supernatural: Despair (2020)
Not a 10...but good
This ep had its high points, its sad points, and its "nobody asked for this" points...and as much as I adore Supernatural, compared to some of their truly exceptional eps over the years, this was not a 10.
This entire season has been way overrated...likely due to it being the final season and we fans want it to be the best season ever and are rating it as such.
I figure folks will either over love it, or think it was "ok". I'm in the "ok" column on this one.

Thought Provoking...if you choose to think
There were not necessarily any untruths from either side. An interesting documentary that should encourage all to educate themselves on historical information from reliable sources. What exists now...in 2020...has been brewing for decades. And that's just facts. My take away... Politics are corrupt, irresponsible reporting exists, celebrity types maximize on the drama, and the people suffer. Regardless of who is running the country, the people suffer from partisanship. Definitely recommend.

Well written, well acted, intriguing storyline. First episode left me wanting more. Thumbs up.

Unwatchable
The writing is elementary. There is barely any character introduction, much less character development. The filming style...(shaky camera, bizarre color mix) makes it feel as if you're watching an annoying commercial made by a very bad film student. This program has absolutely no redeeming qualities.

Beth is Intolerable
The only reason I gave this episode a 5 is because of Daryl. If another character had been paired with Beth, I'd likely give it a 1. An hour of Beth's teenaged, never-ending, dramatic whining makes this episode one of the worst in the series.

This was like watching some bizarre, live action version of Secret Life of Pets. Not sure who the target audience is, but adults clearly aren't it.

I wasn't sure what I was walking into with this, but I was pleasantly surprised. A fair look at ALL the crazy out there. Worth the watch.

As with any pilot, viewers endure more character introduction than plot. Unfortunately, the character introduction portion of this pilot was so heavy, bland and scattered, it completely dampened what might end up being a decent story. I was not immediately hooked. I'll give this another watch....maybe two. But right now, there is absolutely nothing going on that makes me want to spend much time attempting to find a reason to care about these characters.
100 Humans (2020)
Click bait Premise...Poor execution
I don't know what I was expecting, but it was definitely better than what I saw. I'm not sure who the target audience is, but I'm certainly not part of it.
The hosts are annoying and the gimmicks are...it's just all around bad.

Really Fun to Watch
This program is a really fun and easy watch. Very entertaining and enjoyable. The only thing I really don't like about it, is the casting of the mother. That character doesn't have much to her as it is, and the performance of this already bland character is akin to watching paint dry.
Otherwise, decent binge.
