I enjoyed the directorial debut of Mirjana Karanovic. A film full of emotion and honesty. It touched my heart.

Top production and top actors at different times
5 January 2020
I loved them 20 years ago, I loved them when they came back. Top production and top actors at different times. I don't understand the people who were expecting the same series as the 1990s. It's been two decades. Everything has changed. And those characters have changed. I am convinced that in 10 years this sequel will be viewed as the first part.
I look forward to Season 2

Good last episode. A bit slow for my taste, but the scene in Belgrade, where Renko, Andja and Juliet are on the terrace is great and takes time. The same goes for the last scene in front of Perissa's house, that silence must resonate. I look forward to Season 2.
The truth must come to light!

A real introduction to the finish. The truth must come to light. The exciting, poignant, unexpected recognition that Perissa has. Vule Markovic played a great change for Perissa, showing that a boy who grew up without a father can appreciate his father. From the moment Perisa enters his house until the hug with Olga, tears have fallen on me. The scene in the house of a woman who goes to the police instead of Svetlana is fantastic. With so few words, much has been said. And it creates a stomach cramp. Bravo!
I enjoyed watching them

Sometimes words are superfluous

Sometimes words are superfluous. This episode is a masterpiece. Walking backwards, and everything that happens between the characters leads to the joy of watching. This rarely happens. The end of the episode, when Djordje has his confession, Svetlana and he are magical in that scene. And the scene afterwards, which explains what really happened, is very disturbing and thought provoking. You watch the episode and you can't stop thinking about all of them.
Congratulations to the team!
The beautiful continuation

The sequence between Perisa and Svetlana
5 January 2020
The sequence between Perisa and Svetlana (Micanovic and Maljevic) well illustrates how one moment can change everything and alienate people forever. Congratulations to the great cast and director, this was not easy.

TOP, ready for Netflix or HBO
5 January 2020
The first season (11 episodes) is something the most beautiful I have watched in a domestic production. It's top production ready for Netflix or HBO, top actors, a good script that binds you to your soul and heart. Goran Gajic is a director who knows how to work with actors and this is evident in every role. The painted landscapes are for pure enjoyment and the music just evokes it all together. The whole team showed how to make a drama series without sex and everything else we are exposed to every day in the TV program. People matter, their destinies, the guilt they live with, the secrets they hide. Alienation and closeness. People who are alive and dead together. The series is full of metaphors and they probably have a different meaning for each viewer. For me, Olga's necklace represents all the items I keep from my mother and grandmother, and in the presence of those items, they seem to be closer to me. I hope he shoots a second season. Blessed be all who have recorded this.
EDIT: Season 2 finally! I can't wait for the end. Tonight's episode of "Golden Day" was exceptional! Well done to the whole team, to all the actors, camera. I love Perissa and Svetlana! I love you all!
