I Am Groot (2022– )
9/10
Too cute to handle

The shorts are great! They're extremely funny and it's great that we get to see more of baby Groot's character. I like how they brought Bradley Cooper back to play rocket. It was also just interesting how they really did make baby Groot like a 5 year. A child that is ready to explore the world around them.

Definitely needs many seasons. Its never gonna be enough with Groot, but Marvel thank you for this treat, those short 5 eps are so cute, adorable and makes me go gaga. I think Groot is the only Marvel character that steals my heart with just one dialogue "I am Groot". I just can't say which episode I love more bcoz each one is so cute. No matter whether Groot is angry, sad, mischievous, he is outright so cute.

10 minutes of adorable Groot.

Daredevil (2015–2018)

One of the best piece Marvel created

This show truly needs appreciation and is undoubtedly one of the best tv shows that I watched. I tried to watch it in span of couple of days but couldn't resist so finished each season in 2 days and It was all done within a week and definitely enjoyed each episode.

Unlike any other MCU series, this was at another level due to its compelling storyline, great characters and fast paced action scenes. It needed to go a bit more in depth and I would have loved to see more seasons because there was clearly a potential to extend beyond 3 seasons. The Last season was quite engaging and It leaves you wanting more.

Charlie Cox as the Matt Murdock was perfect and the soundtrack is pretty amazing.

Makes your blood pump even through the whisper of the name "Daredevil"

Dark (2017–2020)

Must get your mind blown!!!

Dark is different from any other Time-travel movie or series it takes time as an element which nothing has used before like it. The creators did a excellent job of storytelling and keeping the plot together and shocking us every episode. The plot of the series is quite complicated but if you have watched it entirely then to there will be some details that you have missed. Personally i would recommend to watch it in its original german version with subtitles.

This show takes time travel to a new dimension and explores in a unique and bold way which will keep you coming for more. The thing about is that you'll never thought of the way that it could've ended.

I feel lucky to watch an amazing piece of work.

The Office (2005–2013)
10/10
Obviously the best sitcom!!!

This is the most remarkable and hilarious workplace comedy created in this decade unarguably. I watched all the first 7 seasons inside a few days and I wondered how this show kept me so relaxed and wanting more and more from these characters as the story lines kept me hooked on the ever changing plot. The writers have marvellously twisted the flow of the show adding suspense, a little bit of drama and romance and a whole lot of insanely funny pranks, jokes and it really bond us with the characters. And something I felt unique about this show is that how we felt for Michael when he was desperate with his life although we hated him when he was a nuisance and he added something to the show that I find unexplainable.

So this is one heck of a show and I recently found that Billie eilish had watched this show 12 times! (worth it).

Marvellous

You've lived your life, you have no regrets, and wouldn't change a thing.

If that's you, count yourself lucky. If they could, even the happiest people would tweak something in their past.

The Butterfly Effect is exasperating. You can sense it in every scene - with a higher budget, some polished writing, and less of a "B-movie" attitude, this film could be a real think piece. Instead, I laughed when I shouldn't, winced with disgust rather than pity, and rolled my eyes so hard at one point, my temples pounded in protest. C'mon - a 7-year-old drew that?!

That said, this movie stuck with me for 16 years, and I enjoyed the second viewing as much as the first. Despite some shaky acting and serious plot holes, The Butterfly Effect punches you in the gut over and over. It's less of a comment on chaos theory than a bleak critique on navel-gazing and wishful thinking. A lesson on "what's past is prologue" if there ever was one.

The Prestige (2006)
10/10
crème de la crème

I've been a fan of Christopher Nolan for a long time, ever since Memento. The Prestige is an entertaining thriller from writer/director Christopher Nolan the man behind films like Memento, Insomnia, Batman Begins, and The Dark Knight. The Prestige is about two magicians Robert Angier and Alfred Borden whose friendship turns into an intense rivalry that leads them on a life long battle for supremacy. The Prestige is absolutely one of the best movies I've ever watched in my life. Christopher Nolan, never fails to amazes me. The unpredictability of the movie is very rare now in movies, a lot of plot twists, including Tesla. Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman delivers with their astonishing performances, besides of course the great Michael Caine. There will never be a movie alike, and I'll surely recommend this movie for everybody.

Into the Wild (2007)
10/10
A masterpiece !!

Warning: Spoilers
One of the best movies I've ever seen..

Beautiful, deep, true, adventurous, sad, occasionally funny, real, at times very touching. Based on a real-life novel, it is written and directed by Sean Penn. I have always loved the movie work of Sean Penn. Congratulations and thank you to Mr. Penn on giving me a few hours of though-provoking delight. Can you say Oscar? This movie says it loud and clear!

The story; Christopher McCandless, just graduated from college in the early 1990s, goes off on an adventure. He is smitten with books he reads-Thoreau, London, Byron. He wants no money, so he gives his to needy causes or burns it. Chris is cocky, driven, industrious.

He is traumatized by his parents' bad marriage. He tries to work through his anguish. He seems determined to destroy himself just to prove that he has different values than his parents. He is inconsiderate of his family and keeps them worried about his whereabouts and safety, as if a single reassuring phone call would ruin his rebellion. He fancies himself a philosopher, but acts the petulant child. It is a great credit to the film that we see these character flaws in our hero.

Off on the road, he makes a number of foolish choices - and suffers from some of them. Other foolish choices, such as daring to kayak a rapid river, bring him joy. He meets a lot of people and almost all are kind to him. His interactions with people are intense, the kind you have when you are planning to run off and disappear while you are still a mysterious entity. He avoids getting too close to anyone.

The movie is gorgeous. Mountains, plains, sky, rivers, animals. The acting is fantastic, totally believable. The actors are incredible and perfectly cast - Catherine Keener as an aging hippie vagabond, Vince Vaughn as a wacky farmer growing who knows what, William Hurt as Chris' potbellied suburbanite dad, Marcia Gay Harden as the type of mom who breeds children who wants to run off to the wilderness to escape from her. Emile Hirsch plays Chris, and does a great job of it. When an actual photo of the real Chris McCandless comes on screen, we see that Hirsch resembles him. Original songs by Eddie Vedder give the right feel - that of a well-to-do young white man heading out on a chosen adventure, getting gritty by choice. His goal is to get to Alaska, but on the way there, he hits many other states and Mexico, too.

Much of the movie is like a travel montage or music video involving mountains and sky. The scenes are so beautiful.

I know people that have elements of Chris in them. And I think I've met all the characters he runs into out on the road.
