In my opinion, non of the Guinea Pig movies I consider to be either "true movies" or good. But I can't say that I hated watching them, they are just a bit boring eventhough they aren't longer than 45 - 50 minutes most of the time.
Rules for this list:
-No short movies (there will be another list for those) -All movies on this list most be at least 50 minutes to a 1 hour runtime or longer -No other 30 - 40+ minute long films (there will be another list for those)
I might get my horror film fan status revoked if I say that the Nightmare on Elmstreet films aren't technically good movies, they are nevertheless entertaining films and are deserved classics in the horror and slasher genre.
His movies are all unappealing to me and I wouldn't recommend any of them to anyone. I consider them to be one of the worst movie series I've ever seen. They are even worse than other movie series like the later Puppetmaster entries or even "Disaster movie", "Epic movie" e.t.c
I know that some people are Vomit Gore fans and consider these films to be "art" but I'm not one of them.
NOTE: Valentines other movies are a bit better and I don't hate those that much.
Rules for this list:
-All movies must be 20 - 40+ minutes long or longer but under 1 hour
I won't comment on all of them because they're too numerous.
Rules of this list:
-All movies must be between 5 and 15 long or longer
I rated most of these below 4 stars so that's the vquality level we're dealing with.
Series on this list include unfunny and offensive content, badly-made gross-out humor, bad animation and non-sesical stories that even offend the intelligence of children below the age of 3.
An Indian remake of A Nightmare on Elmstreet
This is basically one of the most wtf films I've ever
It's supposedly a horror film but it lacks all the horror in it. It's more of an incoherent mixture of a bollywood, a horror and a musical film.
It even contains cheesy dialogue and dancing scenes. It takes elements from A Nightmare on Elmstreet 1, 2, 3, 4 and also the 5th one. The monster or main villain Shakaal is a cheap Freddy Krueger rip-off and it looks bad.
Though unintentionally funny at some points, it doesn't save this films from failing at being a very good film.
4 out of 10
Not a great film, but kinda funny
Ok this film isn't even that funny, but it made made me chuckle a lot.
A group of friends go a restaurant where they discuss their career under fascism in Italy. Not much else happens because the film has no continuing story arch but instead tells a lot of smaller stories. For example, two of the main charcters go to Ethiopia as colonialists and another story where they play football with Mussolini.
Speaking of Mussolini, his face is never seen and you can only see his bald head all the time and he is never referred to as Mussolini but instead as "Lui" (Italian for he). Only on one occasion, one of the main characters calls him "Il Duce" rather than "Lui".
The movies ends on a rather sad note, the three friends have to flee and hide in Italy because the war is ending. Then it cuts back to them satting in present day (1970) in an Italian restaurant.

Troll 2 (1990)
So bad it's funny
A legendary bad movie - often considered to be one of the worst movies of all time - and I liked it for being so laughably bad. It has a bad soundtrack, acting so bad it's funny and awful special effects.
The story is incoherent and mostly non-sensical, but at least it tries to tell a story. It's about a family ending up in hands of vegetarian goblins... or trolls?, which eat people by turning them into plants and giving them poisonous food or drinks. It's funny because you can't take any of the "horror" in this horror film seriously at all. It seems like they didn't even try making a good horror film. It might be explained by the fact that it was marketed as a comedy firstly before being readopted as a horror film and a sequel to Trolls from 1986, a movie which featured trolls.
Conclusion: watch if you like bad movies that make you laugh at their stupidity.
Il trono di fuoco (1970)
A pretty trashy Jess Franco film
Ok, where to start?
This movie tells the story of a sadistic judge played by Christopher Lee who orders convicted women as witches to be tortured to death for about 82 minutes. This film has not much substance and clearly wasn't meant to be very deep at all. Don't get me wrong, I like a good exploitation film for what it's worth, but this one wasn't clearly meant for me. I would definitely consider it be one of the worst films ever made as well just for being so badly acted and written.
Meshes of the Afternoon (1943)
It feels like the "An Andalusian Dog" of a different generation.
"Meshes of the Afternoon" is an american surrealist short film by Maya Deren.
Just like I didn't really get "An Andalusian Dog", I didn't get this film either. It looks well-made, but the message is beyond me. Maybe it has no meaning, but either way, I enjoy it as a piece of art, but not much more. Maybe it has a bigger place in cinema history in general.
Little Potato (2017)
A small autobiographic documentry about a gay director, his mother and his transsexual stepmother/stepfather
This documentary is told by Wes Hurley, named "Potato" by his mother. He had an abusive father during his childhood. After the fall of the USSR, he and his mom went to the US and Hurley's mom married an ultraconservative christian man. His name was James, afterwards she became a woman. Funny how many conservative people who are antigay e.t.c are also often gay or trans themselfs.
Pretty heartwarming film.
This film is not great at all, but it isn't as bad as many think it is
Given Uwe Boll's reputation as a trash film maker, and this being the only one of his movies I have seen so far, I can't say I'm impressed. However, I wasn't disappointed either. I just didn't expact anything. Sure, it's badly and amateurishly made, but the main focus wasn't off at all. It's about the famous concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau and shows the murder of jewish people there. Not a pleasent viewing experence, but I think that this movie wasn't meant to be entertaining, at all.
I would say it's more realistic than about 90% of all nazi/holocaust/WW2 related movies just because it isn't styled and looks ugly on purpose. But I can't say that this film is worth more than 4 out of 10 stars.
Obyknovennyy fashizm (1965)
A pretty forgettable communist propaganda film about fascism
I don't know. This documentary was obviously not unbiased and it was a downer at the end for showing too much gory imagery from the second world war in order to make the viewer be disgusted and root for the communists.
It goes not over what the ideology of fascism was or what national-socialism and fascism believed in, but rather about all the German war actrocities. That's ok, but that should be a different film altogether. Not to mention how dismissive the judgement on Mussolini and other fascists besides the nazis is and how their relevence is underplayed eventhough Mussolini invated fascism about 13 years prior to Hitler's rise to power.
Documentary wise, this film is greatly lacking in neutral judgment and is by today's standarts on the historical research of fascism, it lacks too. I give it a 2 out of 10 for not even trying.
The Great Train Robbery (1903)
An interesting piece of early cinema
Of course by the today's standards it is not a very impressive movie, but I can respect it's place in movie history and for it's runtime of only 10/11 minutes, it's an ok watch. But still, I couldn't rate such a film as this one any higher than 5 out of 10.
