Buy My House (2022)
Not sure about this one
I am a real estate agent and any of these homes can sell on the open market. Every. Single. One.
The Redfin offers were ridiculously high and would be a bad investment if the markets were what they said they were. But ok whatever.
Any city has plenty of real life, non tycoon type investor buyers. If houses don't sell, it's always the price compared to the condition of the house and the comparable son the open market. So if a house doesn't sell, it's usually the sellers not budging on the price. And none of these tycoon investors on this show would pay any more than open market offers would get you, otherwise they would go broke. And that wouldn't make them tycoons.
BUT I do like the parts where they invest in the people, not the houses. So that part is awesome!
So again, what's the point of this show when thee homes could sell on the open market??

One of the worst movies I've seen
Holy moly. Gotta say, the plot could have been fun. Could have. But the acting is so, so, so bad. From pretty much every single character.
I'd say pretty much everything went wrong with this one. And the wig is pretty bad on the one girl. Why do they still use such bad wigs in movies nowadays??!!
This movie actually has an almost 5 star rating on Amazon prime, not sure who the heck voted it to be that high.
Maybe redo the movie, but better acting? Like I said, the plot could be really interesting. Just needs a lot of improvement.
I gave it a 2 star rating because of the possibility of the plot being good. But other than that I privwbly would have given it one star only.
The Batman (2022)
Love how dark this is!
Patterson and this Batman movie are now my favorite Batman!!! I used to love Bale as Batman, but this new Batman is emotional, and dark and soooo good!!!
And I was never a fan of Patterson. But this role is made for him! Awesome awesome acting! Best cast ever.
This movie really shows how hurt he is by his past and that he is an actual, hurting human being. And all the dark content and the villain being a normal screwed up psychopath instead of some super villain is amazing. The whole cast is incredible! And the story line is super interesting as well! Kept me captured the whole time, it never once got boring! Thank you WB!
Can't wait for the next one!

Echoes (2022)
Really great thriller!
I read a ton of the bad reviews and I don't agree with any of them. I think the acting and the plot are amazing. Really effed up in the right way for a thriller! I couldn't stop watching it!
Locke & Key (2020)
Bode is the dumbest character ever
I love this show. Plot is great, action, adventure and so on. But the dumbest, most useless character is Bode. Over and over and over again. I have almost quit watching this show in nearly every episode. I understand he is a child, but not even the other children his age make the idiot decisions he makes. It's really aggravating and makes me enjoy this show a lot less.
Pieces of Her (2022)
Finally a character who is smart!
I'm so annoyed about how common it is for characters to act totally irrational and stupid all the time. No one is really consistently dumb especially when it's about your life or death.
These women characters are finally different and I love the show for that alone. They're smart and careful. And normal.
Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
The sequel is not nearly as good as the first one
The first Wonder Woman was AMAZING!!!
But this sequel... the cgi was not good at all and the plot was all over the place and it just wasn't what I was expecting unfortunately.
A Fall from Grace (2020)
Worst lines and acting
The plot is interesting. That's about it. All the lines in this movie are ridiculous. A lot of the legal facts seem ridiculous as well. The acting was poor as well.
