Avatar: The Way of Water (2022)
James Cameron sells the experience (10/10)
First of all never doubt James Cameron.
Avatar: The Way of Water is Came out on 16th of December 2022,this is a beautifully stunning, bigger, better & more emotional than the first one.
In this new three-hour movie, James Cameron can turn any viewer into a big fan of his own franchise, who are eagerly waiting for the next movies. The movie "Avatar: The Way of Water" is considered as a new beginning for this franchise and Cameron was able to further develop the script and characters and remove the weakness of the first movie. He has also created one of the most extraordinary cinematic experiences.
Plot-wise, Avatar 2 is just a remake of its sibling. But add 10 years effort of one of the most talented directors, boom, we are pulled into a magic world.
Watch it in IMAX 3D, even if it means you must take half a day leave from your work. It provides out of the world experience, literally.
Some people forget that movies have to be entertaining too and not just crazy plots. Avatar 2 is entertaining the whole way through and I really recommend seeing this at the movies especially in 3D. I will watch every Avatar James Cameron makes.
As James Cameron prepared his sequels to his mega-success Avatar, one of the more intriguing aspects of the production was that Stephen Lang, who played the first film's villain, Colonel Miles Quaritch, would be returning for Avatar: The Way of Water and the rest of the franchise.

Re/Member (2022)
It's an average movie (6/10)
The initial minutes of the film make it seem like an intense horror/slasher film. The way the story progresses with very gruesome and brutal imagery, one assumes that this is going to be a treat for people who enjoy strictly horror films. However, that isn't the case at all. When the main characters (which comprise generic and archetypal characters) discover that they are in a time loop, things change drastically. The film shifts tone suddenly and abruptly. It transitions to a more lighthearted puzzle-solving film with alternating intense chase sequences. This is good and bad. It's good because it makes way for the film to be more unique and gives the characters better depth. Bad because it seemed like it would have been a really good serious horror film. The film doesn't take itself too seriously after a point and has numerous montages of them having fun with each other (because they technically have infinite lives until they put the body together) and also getting killed very creatively.
The film becomes more about the characters, with all the characters getting fleshed out and friendship taking center stage as the main theme of the film. I don't want to hold it against the film because it doesn't detract from the experience, but if it had gone full horror, it could have turned out pretty well as well. There are a few twists and turns, though, as the film progresses.
Talking about the monster, "The Red Person," has a mix of practical and CGI effects for its body. The practical effects look better than the CGI in this film, which makes one wonder why they're used so little these days. The performances in the film are substantial, with all the actors doing their parts. There are a lot of tropes in the film that are very prevalent in Japanese media, but nothing that really impedes the quality of the film.
The film begins strongly, dips a little in the middle, but quickly picks up again towards the third act. It is a short, fun, and entertaining film with nothing that will blow you away. It is simply satisfactory and enjoyable.
Hereditary (2018)
Do not trust the critics review (6/10)
Hereditary" is a 2018 horror movie that received widespread critical acclaim and that's where I was trapped due to these mind blowing reviews.
The film follows a family as they grapple with the aftermath of the death of their secretive and enigmatic grandmother, and is widely regarded as one of the most chilling and haunting horror movies of the past decade.
Critics praised the film's masterful direction, cinematography, and performances, with many singling out Toni Collette's central performance as the grieving mother as one of the standout elements of the film.
The film's atmosphere and sense of dread was also widely praised, with many calling it one of the most unsettling and frightening horror movies in recent memory. I have no idea why?
However, some audiences and critics felt that the film's slow pacing and deliberately methodical storytelling style may not be for everyone, and that the film's ending left many questions unanswered.
Overall, "Hereditary" is widely regarded as a horror masterpiece, but in reality it's just a BIG BORING film.
JUST ONE TIME WATCH.
Our House (2018)
Boring and not horror at all 3/10
The film revolves around a haunted house powered by the emotions of its residents, and attempts to build tension and suspense around this concept. However, some felt that the execution was flawed, with jump scares and predictable twists that failed to deliver the desired impact.
The characters in the film were also a point of contention, with some feeling that they were underdeveloped and lacked depth, making it difficult to become invested in their struggles. Additionally, the pacing of the film was criticized by some as being uneven, with slow and deliberate scenes punctuated by quick scares that some felt disrupted the flow of the film.
I was just waiting for it to end somehow. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Ek Tha Tiger (2012)
A one sided movie
"Ek Tha Tiger" is a Bollywood action film released in 2012. It stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles and is directed by Kabir Khan.
The story revolves around a RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) agent named Tiger, who is assigned to keep an eye on a scientist who is suspected of having connections with Pakistan's intelligence agency. Tiger falls in love with the scientist's caretaker, Zoya, who turns out to be a spy for the Pakistani agency. The film then follows their journey as they try to outwit each other while keeping their emotions in check.
The film received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising the chemistry between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, while others criticized the screenplay and the predictable story. However, the film was a commercial success, with Salman Khan's charm and impressive action scenes drawing in audiences.
The soundtrack of the film was also well-received, with the song "Mashallah" becoming particularly popular.
Overall, "Ek Tha Tiger" is an entertaining Bollywood film that provides a good dose of action, romance, and humor. While it may not be a cinematic masterpiece, it is still a fun watch for fans of the lead actors and the Bollywood genre.
"Ek Tha Tiger" received mixed reviews from critics upon its release in 2012. Here are some common criticisms of the film:
Predictable Plot: Critics felt that the plot of the film was predictable and lacked originality. The spy-thriller genre has been explored extensively in Bollywood, and the film failed to bring anything new to the table.
Lack of Substance: Some critics felt that the film lacked depth and substance, focusing more on the action and romance than on the story and characters. The film was criticized for being more of a commercial venture rather than a well-crafted film.
One-dimensional Characters: The characters in the film were criticized for being one-dimensional and lacking complexity. The lead characters, Tiger and Zoya, were seen as caricatures rather than fully fleshed-out characters.
Unimpressive Screenplay: Critics felt that the screenplay of the film was unimpressive and lacked tension. The film's pacing was criticized for being slow at times, and the dialogue was seen as lacking nuance.
Despite these criticisms, the film was still a commercial success, due to Salman Khan's star power and the mass appeal of the Bollywood genre. Overall, "Ek Tha Tiger" can be seen as a fun and entertaining film, but it falls short in terms of delivering a well-crafted and thought-provoking story.
Drishyam 2 (2022)
Expect the Unexpected (10/10)
I have always regretted not been able to watch Drishyam (2015) in theaters. But the day Drishyam 2 announced I decided to watch it in theaters for sure.
I have literally no words to praise this masterpiece. This movie is gonna create history at box office for sure.
Ajay Devgn and Akshay Khanna did fabulous work. When I watched Drishyam in 2015 I told one of my friends that it's my favorite Ajay Devgn movie but now it's Not. Now Drishyam 2.
I don't want to spoil anything for you all, just go to cinema hall and watch this movie or you will regret it for sure.
It is one of the best suspense thriller from bollywood.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Dhokha: Round D Corner (2022)
We need more suspense thriller like this
I did not expect much from this movie and that's the reason I enjoyed it a lot. If you like to watch movies with amazing twists and turns, this is for you.
Ayushman Khuran's brother (sorry I forgot his name) did amazing work as Gul. He truly stole the show. This movie had actors like R Madhvan and Darshan Kumar and they did good too. The female lead could have done better.
The twist in the end really surprised me. I would say you can go for it without thinking twice.
This film should have worked at the box office because we need more movies like this in bollywood, which are seen rare now a days.
Raid (2018)
Ajay devgn and Saurabh Shukla's show
This is my first review on IMDb.
I didn't have much expectations from this movie but it's a big surprise for me.
Movie is based on true events (film made of combination of two incidents of Income tax Raid).
The actors Ajay Devgn and Saurabh Shukla gave award winning performance.
*****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*****
