top notch.

I did this workout when I was 27 and pregnant. At 58, I still go back to the recovery workout. I love it still. Proud I can do the workout. 100% sold. It is a well rounded workout. Fast paced. I remember when I was younger how quickly my waistline went down. It gives me a mental boost when I complete the workout. No equipment needed. Just time and determination... Consistency is key. My son is now 28. How about that. My kids have seen the years come and go watching me on the floor doing those same exercises yet always feeling a great sense of pride to be able to complete the workout. Why does it not bore me? I think it is because it is predictable enough for me that I can complete it without distraction. It is such a good overall workout, I feel I have covered all the bases. I add walking to my regimen and I have the aerobics. I Have tried many workouts, but for me this has been my Old Faithful. I do not agree with everything Jane Fonda has done in life...but then again I am not proud of everything I have done either. I am thankful I can do what I do and press on. I wish the lady that helped Jane on this project could have done more. She is very good. Note: I took the recovery portion and recorded my own separate cassette. I think that would have been smart...even for today's market. I recorded it on both sides. Workout, turn it over for the next day. God-willing...I mau be doing this at 90. Blessings....as Joy Cometh in the Morning.
