One of the funniest movies I've seen in 74 years...

A Very Solid Story about A Weary Civil War Veteran and a Discarded Girl...

I would use this as a practical joke, upon someone for whom I had no respect...

Geesh, of all the nerve, trying to make out to be what they're not... what a crowd of losers, lacking ambition, education and purpose... no reason to have been born. Quite the downer of a movie. Sorry I might well have over-rated this "just another movie."

Ugh... wasted time with no sensible answers or conclusions other than "it all got reversed."

Great teen movie - Absolutely perfect for the completely out-of-touch upper Midwest. Beautiful and touching.

This was some introduction for what turned out to be almost nothing. They can turn out this sort of schlock endlessly just to keep the performers in the green. Yikes!

Some might see it that way, but to me it means they couldn't create anything but average back in the 1970's... this was a major disappointment for me. A flimsy little story, to say the best for it.

I wish I could see this again... Fortunately, I can watch this as many times as I wish to, at no cost, with my subscription to HBOmax:-D Thank you Patty Jenkins!

Worst concept ever, because... who cares what happens, all the audience cares about is T & A !!! They really should have included a heavy dose of religion in an early episode to enable the Bible-thumpers to spend their money!

Wonderful, caring and thoughtful teen story beyond any typical imagination. Beautifully filmed and smartly edited. It's a shame this was not made fifteen years earlier so that the quality of teen girls' lives might have been better understood. Clearly, the only reason to not fully educate teens is to be able to take advantage of them and the money they spend. Our world is full-up with more male pigs than we can afford to support. We actually need to cull them when they refuse to conform. Or, we could make more movies about them in their natural habitat.

You could not pay me enough to watch this nothing burger again. Already, I can hardly believe I watched the whole thing...

Wonderful! Surprisingly thoughtful and well-done. I actually expected this documentary to be gratuitous... nothing could have been further from that than this exceptional film!

Good for the industry, but really just another daytime soap, that with a few adjustments and personnel additions might be able to look forward to a fairly long life...

Half Magic is in the Lower Half for Quality, due to the presence of the jerk, Chris D'Elia, who thinks he's funny. Half Magic never had a chance... The other performers put on better performances, and the story was at least decent.

A Tale Told in a language I can not comprehend, due to loud interruptions, swordsmanship and incomprehensible frenzy! I can read what it is about, but the true meaning is lost in the telling. Oh, but I am cursed...

Longest, by far, of the four versions produced to date. No wonder it couldn't draw an audience in the immediate post-Korean war period. Most people had lives to live, not time and money to waste.

Far too long to accommodate everything written into the story. So long that it's easy to forget the setup and the goal !

Unbelievable. Not one person was credible. No award was deserved. Upset my stomach to watch it. Rank amateurish. I'm not at all surprised that Weinstein was involved in this production.

No waste here! Every scene in this movie furthers the wonderful story... not many movies can make that claim! The cast is also perfect, right on down to the very least of the characters. Very Highly Recommended !!!

TIMELESS STAR TREK. About ten of us thought this was an absolute HOOT when we first saw it in the theater !!! Obviously, Star Trek V has aged very well... all the same parts prompt the exact same laughs they did 31 years ago !!! Highly Recommended, as long as you promise not to take it too seriously :-O

Could barely finish watching the first season... although this show is well-acted great melodrama, either I missed something that justifies the storyline, or the plot points have been randomly arranged in a nonsense order. I won't be proceeding to second season, as it makes no sense to my orderly mind.

Fantastic, methodical police mystery thriller... I'm in heaven over this one, and I'm an American!
