When you two people who are supposed to be competing for the same job but wind up working together, there's a big problem.

The plot was okay, but I didn't feel for the characters or the storyline. Isn't that the thing that makes you want to care? Sorry, but this was another of those direct to video release.

The train and the parade were both good ideas, but were never explained why the train stopped running. They were shooting an human-interest story, but I wasn't sold out.

I really tried to enjoy this film, but the plot holes convinced me to give only 4 stars. Maybe someone else enjoyed it, but it wasn't me.

This movie suffers from a lack of vision. There is no way to enter heaven by good works, but by faith alone. Most people want to be good so they can enter heaven, but God won't allow that. Second the film wants you to believe that you should love with your heart and not your head. The problem is love is an action verb, not an emotion.

The major gripe is the entrance to heaven is "the lobby." She didn't make the list because she failed to love. Then goes on like a Pharisee and give out a laundry list of reasons why she should be admitted.

The town seems peaceful, but it's not really so. When they make a pack with God (or so they think) there is a high price to pay. Someone checks in and someone else has to die.

When the man reveals that God was pleased with their status quo, I suddenly questioned the real motive. The devil can act convincing, but his ultimate goal is to destroy and kill, and not to please. After that, the movie went downhill. The towns people are sucked into being dragged into submission. God never forces His will on people. PERIOD!!!
