The Crown (2016)
Time to put an end to this
Yes I loved this series from the beginning, brilliant actors and a great manuscript.
However, the longer it goes, and closer to present days, it becomes more and more problematic. So many scenes are pure fictional or based on assumptions. But in the way its depicted it is easy to be interpretated as being a truth.
As long Netflix refuses to make this clearer - this IS fiction, I can't watch it any longer.
This is like a shiny new history book, easy to devour and love - but filled with guesses, rumours and plain fiction!
I'm sad to see excellent actors like Imelda Staunton and Jonathan Pryce lend themselves to this!
Around the World in 80 Days (2004)
This is why I hate remakes.
Why do the eaven bother to borrow the name from Jules Verne when they obviously hate the story. Just make your own stupid movie!
Autumn in New York (2000)
Why does everyone hate this film?
Oh it has its flaws, that's for sure. But still, I love the overall tone and feeling.
Winona and Richard are good in their roles. The main problems are in the manuscript, not everything felt believable.
AND why does the tagline spoil the outcome? Really stupid.
Overall I though still enjoy it.
Dexter: Remember the Monsters? (2013)
Why?
Oh please, why destroy a really excellent series with this plainly awful ending? It's even worse than last episode of GoT! (Actually it's worse than nearly everything!)
