The direction and the cinematography in this episode is INSANE.

Ignoring the fact that it's totally surreal, the show can be a great pastime. Even though, the producers should definitely be aware to make a more realistic and less fragile script, it is even harder for the actors to do a good job when the lines actually sound fake and made up. It's like a wannabe Shonda Rhimes series with those 2000's FIB American movies. Also it's not reasonable to give Josh Hopkings so much screen time, once he presents such a shallow performance
