UglyDolls (2019)
Ugly, but still marketable
There are these movies, where the supposedly ugly character is played by a beautiful actress, but because she has glasses, we supposed to believe that she is considered ugly. This movie has a similar feel. All the uglydolls are fluffy and cute (as an adult I still kinda want to have them), so the message is somewhat lost in execution because of this.
Fallen (2016)
Book vs movie? Which one is better?
Since barely anything happened in the book, I thought that the book adaptation would be actually good, they just had to skip the boring parts. But what did the writers do? They added more subplots. Some of them are appear only in later books and some of them are brand new, and because of that the movie lacks focus and feels like a big montage, not an actual story.
P. S.: Still better than the book.
Attaway General: The Sugar Kingdom (2020)
Grey's anatomy, but make it Walmart
When I first heard that people are comparing this show to GA, I just thought that the only similarity was the topic. But many characters are similar and there are plotlines that are almost the same. I think they could have made an educational show instead or include more educational and practical information that kids enjoying tiktok might be able to use at some point in their lives.
