Bad compared to S1

Who ever directed this did a terrible job. The episode moves at such a fast pace and I just really hate it.

Just bad. The jokes are average and the performance is really, really overdone for the quality of jokes.

BoJack Horseman (2014–2020)
8/10
Overrated

Warning: Spoilers
First of, it's not a bad show. I was able to watch all of it, and it's just not bad. But I wouldn't call it a masterpiece, or a show worth rewatching.

Other than season 1/ maybe 6, the overall plot to each season was just... Bad. I don't know how else to describe it. Again, not that bad cause I am giving it an 8, but definitely not the strong point of the show.

While BoJack does get good development, most other characters other than S1 are just stupid people running around. Dian is ok though.

Loads of people say this show is really deep, but really it has like 3 episodes with a storyline. Also the last two episodes are overrated. Second last episode had no atmosphere and feels to... Understandable and dragged out slightly. The last episode nothing happens. I get it's a character episode, but even that is just people having average conversation. It is still a decent episode, but 9.6? Is it really a Heaven Sent?

I do like, however, the universe of animal people. Also how it's never explained, but it does raise the question of whether all meat they eat is from intelligent life that has been killed, which feels like a slight plot badness.

The main success of the show is the wit of the writers. Everything feels so planned out and comes together in a really satisfing way. For example, Free Burrito. Sometimes the writers will do a quick ego boost by making a character say a bunch of alliterating words, which gets annoying after the first time.

I can tell the writers are good, but they didnt have enough material to make 6 seasons, as while there are highlights most of it is just watchable filler.

Hot trash
30 May 2020
Easily the worst episode ever. Ruins River Songs arc in an unenjoyable way. Half the stuff is just a terrible idea, the other half is let down by the messy atmosphere. Even as a kid I disliked it

Thing is I'm not even one of those people that hates everything- S6 is one of my favourite seasons, and overall I'm a fan of Moffat, just this episode is completely terrible.

Just not funny
1 March 2020
It wasnt funny, and the storyline was basic so clearly it was just ment to be funny. Tennant is really annoying, like an underdeveloped Matt Smith played by the wrong actor. The curse of fatal death is much better

I watched this on the lost in time set, and enjoyed it. Sure, the American stuff is kinda bad, but other than that it's good, or at least shouldn't have comparable ratings to time and the Rani.

Doctor Who: Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror (2020)
Season 12, Episode 4

Tesla was really good, everything else average

Warning: Spoilers
His accent and overall performance was just amazing, especially when you consider the same person wrote the companions lines. Other than that just basic historical figure episode, similar to the Shakespeare code in some ways. Ending was fine, really nothing at all to complain about. Felt the using people's images and scanning earth was bordering on to high tech, but it's acceptable

However, the use of these aliens feels out of place. In other historical figure episodes (which only occur up to season 5) the monster would have a link to the figure or the period surrounding them. The ghosts with Charles Dickens, for example. Even the van Gogh one could be linked by the the fact the monster is unseen by everyone, like the beauty in his paintings at that time. But some random spider scavengers hunting down an underappreciated electronic scientist? They just didn't match up at all. If they used some like electric monster, or anything to do with that time it would have been a cleaner episode. Also the chase scene was purely for show and the trailer, as it is so unrealistic they could out run those things. I know they bashed into each other, but still.

Also the doctor knew to much. Like would just state plot points out of nowhere.

So it's not just me.
17 January 2020
I always thought of this as a good episode I dislike, but a quick skim of the reviews say this is bad for other people to. While there's nothing wrong with it, it's just the worst in the season, competing with the unicorn and the wasp (but even that's least good).

Probably just the emthesis on the woman being his daughter, when she's more of a clone based on his DNA.

Also the ending was weird. Like a week old war is cool but the explanation was confusing.

Bad, bad dialogue
9 January 2020
Like sure the episode was alright but the dialogue was crap. Jodie talking to herself at the start of the episode was awkward with how unwitty and pointless it was. I'm beginning to think it's not just the writing which is weakening the doctors character...

Eh
1 January 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The atmosphere was better. The humour was a bad, but still. However, some aspects of the plot don't make sense. If the master had Jodie in his house, surrounded by the aliens, why not just pretend to be useless, cut the power or something and let them get Jodie then? What I just described works and protects his identity. Yeah maybe she could have caught him out but still. Also not enough was shown of yaz/Ryan breaking in, and how come Ryan just escaped? They should have included MI6 for that.a And units officially dead. And sonicing a plane?

From the snippet of the episode on YouTube, it looked slower and more intelligent than thriller. Jodie seemed slower and more reserved. Well it was fast paced and Jodie was as 'goofy' as ever, and her character isn't that good.

Sure the next part will be better, but this wasn't good.

Bad humour, details like breaking into the office, sonicing a plane and the masters motivation are bad. Idea for monster is good. Put dramatic effect over storyline.

So much better than the first part
6 December 2019
I think that the first part is somewhere between bad and average (probably closer to average) whereas this second part is really entertaining and good. The first part had a sense of confusion, inaccuracy and acting like it's not what it is, yet this feels well paced with like the 3rd best capaldi speech (1st being his regen speech, 2nd some random bit in heaven sent), has a good atmosphere and has that mind reading thing with the zygons that is done very well.

I will criticise the woman with the ? jumper not saying her species. Didn't change much as far as I can remember, just in there for dramatic effect and for me was more annoying. It is a small flaw in an otherwise above-average episode though.

Overall, 9/10. Would give up to 9.5 (don't like 10/10 ratings)

Top Gear: Episode #23.1 (2016)

Not horrible, just worse
8 September 2019
I don't completely hate this, however would have to say it's inferior to the previous cast. The entire reason I watched top gear was because of Jeremy Clarkson, James may and Richard Hammond- they worked so well as a comedic trio while still delivering relavant car stuff.

With this cast, it feels more like an average group of hosts, not that of one of the BBC's most popular shows, and the car stuff seems to be trying to be funny rather than just being funny.

For example, when they put the missiles on the cars it's just do obviously a joke, as it is pretty irrelevant as to which car is better. Also the fact that they just lock on to the cars and stop saying 'yeah I won' is pretty underdramatic- I can understand not firing a military grade weapon at a car, but do something to make it interesting.

Also the car trip- giving someone a worse car to set them up seems pretty unfair as theres nothing they can do about it. In the specials where they travelled before it was funny seeing the cars break down because they bought it themselves, so it felt legit rather than a producer set up. Also why would they rip the roofs of? It's never really explained. Also-whats the excitement of going to Blackpool? Why? Also them saying the moral was low felt pretty pointless- it's just raining a bit, and there driving on a tarmac motorway in a straight line to a city in there native country- it's dull. Them being exited was pointless- it took a day and no effort.

Also why are the guests saying what each other are doing?

It's basically lost its magic

My least favourite Tennant episode
4 September 2019
I get that maybe other ones may have worse plots, but for me the script felt underdeveloped and I immediately thought it was a first draft. For example when David Tennant yells at the dad I felt that was suddenly and random and just shoved in there because 'oh ye the doctor good guy'. Everything felt so fast paced, and not in a good way, in a bad way.

Why, just why
23 May 2019
Is it just me that thinks that Jake and Amy have no chemistry at all, they don't even seem to like each other, lines about how they love each other feel very forced, and marrying them was just a generic way to fit in the crowd?

To put it simply, its a copy of the english comedy ' the office' - and a bad one. I chuckeled once or twice in two seasons. Only reason its not 1/10 is because i watched all of it for some reason.

Not enough missions
28 December 2018
Personally, this game isn't that bad. There are more vehicles than jc3, and I actually prefer the graphics now, but I understand how people don't like it. Why this doesn't get 9/10 is the liberation/missions-not enough. Once, I I drove 10 cars in water and liberated the entire region. If it worked more like jc3 with destroying red objects, then liberating bases then when you liberate all bases you liberate a region. Maybe then you unlock the missions to finally liberate the region. Also, the tornadoes always end up in the same place, However I haven't checked the new update

Also, they could add missions for the front line - for example, you have to go and defend otherwise you lose a small area of front line, so it feals real.
