I mean, a movie set in a futuristic flooded Miami is a cool premise, right? Well, this movie managed to suck any possible enjoyment out of the idea through its myriad of faults. Zero character development; low-quality CGI graphics; cringeworthy dialogue; cheap shoutouts to contemporary woke issues; and a highly confusing ending. So glad I got to see this at home and didn't waste my money seeing it in the theaters.

The last episode was lame and messy. Everything about it was awkward and the timing was off. At the end of the episode we were like "What? That's it?!" Definitely a let down compared to the rest of the season.

Not a bad show. Not perfect (sloppy production value, amateur acting sometimes, awkward dialogue), but fun and really easy to watch. Would be better without Robbie in it; he is a pretty annoying character. Also, do they really expect their filming locations in Atlanta, Georgia to pass for the Valley? lmao

This movie was a very frustrating experience. All the characters and plot premises are presented in a very confusing, indirect way and nothing is showed directly. A lot of the characters were boring and static. There were some really cool ideas but the movie managed to suck all the entertainment out of them. Every time you think something cool is going to happen, the scene would cut and then another, boring scene would start. It was really frustrating being deprived of the satisfaction of seeing a cool scene. I would give this movie a lower score because it was probably one of the worst sci-fi movies I've ever seen. A good sci-fi film immerses you a new universe, but this movie just gave you incoherent glances at that universe. However the story did have some cool sci-fi concepts and the story was kind of cool beneath all the other crap. I'm just glad I was able to watch this using my AMC A-Stubs and didn't have to pay full price for a ticket to see it.

My boyfriend hated it but I loved it. Yeah it was super stupid, but that's the point. I thought the story was super cute, and the movie was short and fast paced. I appreciate light-hearted movies like this. Nothing in the movie was really hilarious so keep that in mind if you're expecting solid comedy, but it'll leave you smiling a lot and I promise you'll walk away from the film in a good mood. As a chick-flick this movie checks all the boxes.

I thought it was really fun. The actors were all likeable and the plot was sufficiently complex and interesting without being too heavy. I wouldn't come into this movie expecting Oscar-material, but for what it was it was a fun experience.

Saw this movie today in 3D at the theater and really enjoyed it. The special effects were phenomenal and the action sequences were well choreographed and well-blended into the plot. The acting faced some shortfalls in parts, but that's easily overlooked in light of the film's other strengths. I would have liked it more had they drawn a more complete conclusion at the end instead of just hinting at a sequel.

This movie was so much fun! Me and my boyfriend went to see it together and loved it. The whole theater seemed to be enjoying it. Let's be honest, the acting wasn't exactly Oscar-winning and the storyline and dialogue were borderline cheesy in parts. But still, the movie was exciting and fast-paced! Perfect to go see with friends if you want a fun way to spend the afternoon.

The acting and everything was good. But after having seen the Italian, French, and Spanish versions, I was hoping this movie would bring something new to the table. In the end it was nothing more than the same old thing but this time with Mexican actors. The only thing about this movie worth seeing is Cecilia Suárez

I could be forgiving of the stiff acting, awkward dialogue, and messy, rambling plot because honestly there were some fun action scenes. Let's be honest, you don't walk into Aquaman expecting award-winning acting or screenplay. However, the CGI animation in some parts was just so bad it was really off-putting for me. I didn't even know they were capable of such horrible CGI these days. I'm talking about the parts where young Aquaman was learning how to swim, and also when Aquaman was taken prisoner for the first time in that long white room. Also towards the beginning when Nicole Kidman was fighting those people in the living room. I mean, those parts looked like they were taken from a Playstation game from 20 years ago.
