From the very start there is not a singular character (other than the man who broke in to take shelter) that is likeable in this entire movie. The sister? Dating a guy who wants to kill her dad. The boyfriend? Explainable. The father? Money obsessed, but more likeable than the rest of them. The mother and the son are just stupid and almost got the entire family killed.

The entire premise from the get go is interesting, but the execution is not great. Why did all the villains dress up? Absolutely no need. The scariest parts were the suspenseful parts in the beginning, before anything even happened. Just overall rubbish.

None of the characters are relatable, none of the situations are believable, and this is clearly written by someone who has never worked in an office. Not rating a 1 because of some funny one liners, but overall all of the characters sucked - and not even in a good way where they are meant to be absurd, but in the way that they tried painting them as normal people and just completely failed. Like I said, I managed to watch till the end, which is why I'm giving it a 3 stars out of 10, but low quality overall.
