- La Nuit Du Ramadan has become, for several years, an unmissable event on France 2, which gets in tune by mixing music, gastronomy and meetings.
- Follows the night of Ramadan by covering the depth of the Muslim religion, its contributions and its certainties, through guided tours (in the form of historical-touristic documentaries), in holy places in Morocco, Tunisia, Spain and Mali.
- Frédéric Mitterrand welcomes in his show Omar Sharif and Mouloud Mimoun about the Egyptian film The Puppeteer (1989) by Hany Lasheen, for a conversation followed by part of the film with French subtitles.
- "La Nuit de la Destinée", in reference to "Laylat al-Qadr" (translated as the Night of Power or determination), corresponding to the 27th day of Ramadan and which, according to the Koran, is worth more than a thousand month.
- Instead of the usual picture of the war in Lebanon, the film shows what lies behind the scene. Behind the walls of a Beirut building is the daily life of women from different social and religious backgrounds, offering snippets of life.
